The G360 Mortgage Fund is a pooled mortgage fund that offers an investment vehicle for sophisticated investors. G360 provides a fund built on strong compliance, mortgage management, service delivery and superior strategic alliances. There will be one loan made to one borrower. This loan will incorporate conservative lending ratios (maximum of 70% LVR) and backed with the security of quality Sydney real estate (residential apartments, commercial offices and strata titled retail shop located in Maestri Towers in the Sydney CBD).
